Rates and Reservation Details

• Rates Range from $68 to $225

• Direct Billing is accepted.

• Corporate rates available on request

• Ask about return-stay and referral discounts

• Consistency Rate is available for guests staying 2 consecutive weeks or more. A cleaning deposit will be required.

• Reservations recommended. Please guarantee by credit card.

• We accept all forms of payment: cash, checks, Debit, MasterCard, Visa,and Discover.

• 72 hour cancelation policy except on Special Event Weekends

• We require two weeks notice for cancellations on special events weekends, which include:

  • Graduation

  • Parents Weekend

  • Holidays

  • Home Coming Weekend

  Check in Time Between 5pm and 7pm if another time is needed please call

  to inform us of time.

Consistency Rate Policy

Consistency rates are defined to individuals staying for extended peroids of time.

The length of the stay must be atleast 2 weeks or more, and the designated time of departure must be kept.

There are no allowances for early departures allowed or full rate of the entire length of the stay will apply.

Other Policies

• Pets not recommended, but can be accommodated by special arrangement - please ask.
